2. Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing an eSIM plan.

3. Delivery Policy

Mojo eSIM products are digital products delivered electronically after successful payment.

• Customers receive eSIM activation details and QR codes digitally.
• Most orders are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
• Customers must ensure their device supports eSIM functionality before purchase.

If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes after successful payment, please contact support@mojoesim.com.

4. Activation & Usage

eSIM activation instructions are provided after successful payment. Most plans activate upon first connection to a supported network. Usage validity depends on the selected plan.

5. Network Availability

Network availability and speed depend on local telecom providers and regional coverage. Service interruptions may occur due to third-party carrier issues beyond our control.

6. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not:

• Abuse or misuse the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use services for illegal activities
• Resell services without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

Mojo eSIM shall not be liable for:

• Network interruptions
• Device incompatibility
• Incorrect installation by the customer

• Loss of data, business interruption, or travel-related expenses

8. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are not applicable once the eSIM has been activated, the QR code has been scanned successfully, or data usage has started.
